John Holm

Port Townsend artist John Holm has a Fine Arts Degree from the Los Angeles Art Center of Design. He worked as an Advertising Art Director in Seattle and New York for 40 years. He strives to capture the voice of the mountains and beaches in his paintings. While John’s current focus is Pacific Northwest landscapes, his surf art has received worldwide attention as well. His influences include Edward Hopper, The Hudson Valley School, and the early California Tonalists.
